Mostly good

Used the bag on mackerel at the weekend. The smoke was good, not too harsh, & it made the food taste like we had made a bit more effort than we actually had. I wrote the flavour on a clip because I always forget what I opened first. There is a tiny bit I would tweak, but nothing that stopped me useing it.
