About this product

A compact sea fishing kit for holidays and days by the coast. The 5ft telescopic rod and reel combo collapses down, so the whole kit fits in its backpack.

Inside there's a waterproof tackle box with Sidewinder sandeels, mackerel feathers, a Seeka spinner and a ready-made Zebco sea rig, plus float kits, weights and hooks. You also get preserved bait, a drop net for catching fresh bait, a guide to sea fishing and a water-resistant fish species guide.

Depending on stock, we may occasionally swap a tackle item for one of equal or better quality.

How to use

Fishing in four steps

Set up on the beach in minutes. Everything folds back into the bag.

1Extend the rod

Open out the telescopic rod and thread the line through the rings.

2Choose a rig or lure

Clip on the sea rig for bait fishing, or use the spinner, feathers or a sandeel.

3Bait up

Use the preserved bait, or catch fresh with the drop net, then add a weight.

4Cast, then pack down

Afterwards, rinse the kit, dry it and collapse it back into the backpack.

Arrived quickly

Decent kit and easy to pack down. I am mainly commenting because it arrived fast and looked as expected.

Brilliant

Tried a fishing kit on a short session and it behaved as expected. Quick delivery and a great kit. The fishing kit was just what we needed, using it again. Ordered this fishing kit for my son after he mentioned wanting something coastal. Lovely kit, exactly as pictured.

FAQs

Questions before you buy

Is it suitable for beginners?

Yes. It's a complete starter setup with bait included, so a beginner can start without working out what to buy.

Do I need anything else?

Only a fishing licence where one is required. Bait is included to start, and the drop net catches more.

Will the kit match the list exactly?

Almost always. If an item is out of stock, we may swap it for one of equal or better quality.
