Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes. Add gift wrap at checkout and we'll box it, wrap it and include a message card, with no prices on the slip. It costs £3.50 and works for any order, including ones sent straight to the recipient.

Will a gift ordered today arrive in time?

Order before 3pm on a working day and we dispatch the same day by Royal Mail tracked, which usually arrives the next day. Orders over £30 get that next-day delivery free.

What if they already have it, or it's not quite right?

No drama. We offer 30-day easy returns, so the recipient can send it back for a full refund or swap. A gift card is the safe bet if you'd rather let them choose.
