Maple Wood Dust This is Maple Dust - Grade 0/20 (less than 2mm) - perfect for cold smokers like the ProQ. Also suitable for hot smoking ovens and stovetop smokers. It produces a slightly sweet flavour that is great with trout, cheese, poultry, pork and vegetables - please see our shop for lots of other flavours.
