good bit of kit

I used the bag for a light smoke & it was easy to control. Nice result without that bitter edge u sometimes get when the smoke is too heavy. It made us slow down & actually taste what we had cooked. The flavour came through without dominating the whole plate.

Highly recommend

A tool saved me using the wrong knife again. Used the tool for lobster and it saved me messing about with the wrong knife. Nice enough tool and the delivery side was fine. Bought this tool for my husband after he mentioned wanting something coastal. Does what I need, decent quality. I used it on prawns rather than treating it like a display set. Nice enough order, nothing to moan about, ngl. A tool feels sturdy enough for actual kitchen use, not just a novelty tool.
