About this product
A reel for sea anglers who need a large line capacity, for surf casting or boat fishing. The long-stroke aluminium spool and S-curve line distribution lay line evenly, and the anti-twist line roller helps prevent line twist.
It has powerful gears and an oversized multi-stack front drag that goes up to 16.5lb. There are three ball bearings and continuous anti-reverse, with a 4.1:1 gear ratio and an 88cm retrieve, and it weighs 640g. We also sell it as a combo with the Zebco Saltfisher 4.5m surf rod.

Fishing in three steps
1Fill the spool
Load the spool evenly with line for surf or boat fishing.
2Set the drag
Adjust the drag so it holds firm but lets a running fish take line.
3Rinse after sea use
Rinse the reel in fresh water and let it dry before you store it.
