Bought as a present

Happy with the smoking kit, although the packaging could be better. I showed it to a friend & they asked where it was from. Really happy with this smoking kit; the flavour came through nicely. It was the setup that stayed with me. Nice smoking kit, smaller than i pictured. Not absolutely perfect, but definitely good enough to recommend. I had a smoking kit sat in the cupboard until the weekend before trying it.

Went down well

Kept the shellfish mess under control. It got the job done without needing a normal knife. It saved me using the wrong kitchen knife and making a mess. Packaging was plain but the tool is good. The small practical details was what I cared about most. Useful around the table, not just prep.

Small note

Used the bag of wood chips on sausages at the weekend. The smoke was good, not too harsh, and it made the food taste like we had made a bit more effort than we actually had.

Lovely quality, arrived quickly and the whole family has been using it every weekend since

Picked up this tool for my dad because he loves anything coastal. He liked it more than I thought tbh. It was the sort of thing that quietly earns its place. I noticed myself reaching for it again, which is usually the test.

Good rod

This rod is good. It did what we needed. Easy to pack with the rest of my fishing gear. Felt right for the sort of fishing I do. Bought this little rod for a trip and then the weather changed, so this is after one proper go. Packed away easily after first use.

good gift

got this bag of smoking dust as a little extra present for my wife. This bag made me want to try a few more flavours next time. I started with a small line of mixed fruit dust because cold smoking is easy to overdo.
