Good smoking dust

I used the smoking dust for a light smoke and it was easy to control. I started with a small line of apple dust because cold smoking is easy to overdo.

Useful purchase

Used it on salmon at the weekend. The smoke was good, not too harsh, & it made the food taste like we had made a bit more effort than we actually had. 🦀
