Exactly as described

Used the smoker box set on cheese at the weekend. The smoke was good, not too harsh, & it made the food taste like we had made a bit more effort than we actually had. The smoker box/oven setup felt practical for fish & chicken rather than feeling like a BBQ gimmick. A smoker box set worked best when I did not rush it.

Worked well

Ordered the wood chips for my partner and they were made up with them. They looked better than a last minute gift from town. I started gently with the smoke because I have ruined food before by overdoing it. The flavour was noticeable but still let the food taste like itself.

No complaints

I was unsure at first, but happy now. I would rather have something simple that works than lots of fancy packaging. I nearly forgot to review the keyring because it went straight into use.

Spot on

Useful fishing bit, can't moan. Worth it for me. Not used it enough to say long term yet. I wrote this after packing the fishing bag away, so it is a bit of a delayed one. Tried it on a short session and it behaved as expected. It arrived fine and gets used more than expected. it gave a bit more confidence around the water without feeling overcomplicated.

good dog life jacket

Decent order, nothing to moan about. It gave us a bit more confidence near the water without making the dog look uncomfortable.

Highly recommend

The fish poacher feels sturdy enough for proper kitchen use, not just a novelty tool. The weight stood out while cooking fish, mainly for fish night. The long shape made more sense than trying to squeeze fish into a normal pan. It is still being used, so it still felt right after using it. I would have found this sort of detail helpful when choosing. Looks like the photos and feels decent. Good little fish poacher, nothing fancy but useful.
