Good

Easy enough for a first go and worth using again. It was handy having enough for a test run before a bigger cook. I had this bag of wood chips sat in the cupboard until the weekend before trying them. I used the wood chips for a light smoke and it was easy to control. I am already thinking about what to smoke with it next. Good flavour without much fuss. I wrote the flavour on a clip because I always forget what I opened first. The result felt more controlled than throwing in random wood.

Good service

The wood chips came quicker than expected. Not much else to say really, happy with them. The smoke stayed gentle once the heat settled down.
