expected better
The delivery side was fine, but the item itself was the letdown. I would point people to the size on it.

Smooth order
It arrived really quickly. The colour & finish were the bits I compared the finish with the pictures.

Does the job
Got this rod & reel combo as a little extra present for my wife. She said it was actually useful, which is rare. For casual sea fishing, it felt easier than buying rod & reel separately.

Delivery fine
Arrival took slightly longer than expected, but it was no big deal. Nothing was overdone, which suited me. I started gently with the smoke because I have ruined food before by overdoing it. The flavour was noticeable but still let the food taste like itself.

Came safely
The chips were well packed with no silly amount of plastic. They made more sense to me during a small cook.

Nice present
It worked nicely for a small weekend cook. It gave the meal a cooked-outside feel without needing a big setup.

Could be better
I wanted a book to work better, especially around the family use. It was not a disaster, but I would not rush to recommend it.
