How many items are in the Fladen tackle set?

The tackle box holds over 500 terminal tackle items, including hooks, swivels, beads, clips, line and tools, so it is a comprehensive base for making and mending sea rigs.

What hooks does it include?

It includes Aberdeen hooks in four sizes: 3/0, 1/0, 2 and 4. That range covers everything from smaller species to larger sea fish, depending on the rig you build.

Is there line in the set?

Yes. It includes 239m of 55lb clear line, suitable for rig bodies and snoods, plus a pair of spring scissors for cutting it cleanly.

Is this a ready-made rig?

No. It is a set of components for building your own rigs, which gives you flexibility to make exactly the rigs you want for your mark and target fish.

What rigs can I make with it?

The mix of hooks, swivels, beads, clips and sliders suits common sea rigs such as pulley and flapper rigs. The components let you adjust them to your fishing.
