good bit of kit

i used the chips for a light smoke and it was easy to control. nice result without that bitter edge you sometimes get when the smoke is too heavy. I noticed myself reaching for it again, which is usually the test. i am still learning the smoking side, so take this as a normal home-cook view.

Excellent

Brilliant, does the job. It gave the meal a cooked-outside feel without needing a big setup. Made dinner taste a bit better. Used the bag on salmon at the weekend. The small practical details was more important than the packaging. I would use less rather than more if trying a new flavour. It poured neatly into the tray without much cleanup.
