About this product
The Original Floating is Rapala's classic balsa wood minnow, with a 'wounded minnow' swimming action. It's very versatile: you can work it from top to bottom, at any retrieve speed, and it suits all species of game fish.
This F13 is 13cm long and weighs 7g, in blue. It's designed in Finland.

How to use
Fishing in three steps
1Start steady, then vary it
Begin with a steady retrieve, then change speed, pause or twitch the rod tip to bring out the wounded minnow action.
2Slow down for followers
If fish follow without taking, slow down, pause for longer or change the angle of the retrieve.
3Rinse after salt water
Rinse and dry the lure, hooks and split rings before it goes back in the box.

How is it different from the Jointed Floating J13?
Both are 13cm floating Rapalas in blue. The Jointed J13 has a jointed body, weighs 18g and is at its best retrieved slowly, while the Original F13 is a 7g balsa minnow that swims at any speed.
