Details
Paella needs a wide, shallow pan, so the rice spreads out and cooks evenly with the stock, saffron, seafood and vegetables. This KitchenCraft pan has a non-stick surface to help the rice release, and a hammered base designed not to warp.
Twin riveted side handles make it easy to carry the pan to the table and serve straight from it. It suits gas, electric, ceramic and halogen hobs, but not induction.

How to use
Cook the aromatics, seafood or meat first, so the rice takes on their flavour.
Keep it in a thin layer across the pan, adding stock as your recipe says.
Use steady heat, and avoid metal utensils that could scrape the surface.
Reviews
It feels sturdy enough for proper kitchen use, not just a novelty tool. A small improvement to the packaging/instructions would make it even better.
This pan arrived fast enough for when I needed it. The order felt straightforward from start to finish.
Brilliant, does the job.
