About this product
Don't be fooled by its size. At 82cm in one piece, this Dinomax rod is a serious fishing rod, not a toy.
It's made for anglers who are short on space: kayakers, canoeists, yachtsmen, backpackers and holiday anglers. Pair it with our Dinomax 130 reel, a natural match that comes loaded with 12lb mono.

How to use
Fishing in three steps
1Add a small reel
Fit a compact reel, such as our Dinomax 130, and thread the line through the rings.
2Fish where space is tight
Use it where a longer rod would be awkward, such as in a kayak, canoe or yacht.
3Rinse after sea use
Rinse and dry the rod before storing it.
Arrived quick
It turned up fast and was packed sensibly. I liked that it was packed properly.Proper Useful
Had it out on the pier. First go was decent, no messing around, and it has gone straight in the fishing gear for next time. It gave me a bit more confidence than the old stuff I had. The way it packed away made it easier to store.Disappointed
I could not get on with it and would rather have returned it. I would want the seller to follow up before I tried another one. That was the part I would want sorted before ordering again.Fine
I liked that it did not need much setting up.Spot on

FAQs
Questions before you buy
Can I use it for beach casting?
It's made for short-range fishing where space is tight. For long casts from a beach, a longer rod will suit you better.
