This a variety set of 12 different woods for home smoking. Each packet contains enough wood to do 4 smokes (approx 30g – 50g depending on the wood type)

An ideal way to sample different woods without having to buy large tubs.

Contains alder, apple, ash, beech, bourbon soaked oak, cherry, douglas fir, hickory, maple, mesquite, oak and pecan
