How to use
In four simple steps
1Protect your hand
Hold the oyster flat in a folded cloth, with the hinge towards you.
2Find the hinge
Work the tip into the hinge rather than forcing it through the shell.
3Twist to open
Turn the knife to pop the shell, keeping the blade away from your hand.
4Free the oyster
Slide the blade under the oyster to release it from the shell.
