What does the Finger Fresh bar do?

It is a reusable stainless steel bar designed to help reduce strong smells on hands after handling fish, garlic, onion, shellfish or bait.

Rub it between your hands under cool running water for around 30 seconds, using it much like a bar of soap.

Does it replace washing my hands?
