Marazion

Looking out across Mount's Bay to the fairy-tale island of St Michael's Mount, Marazion is one of Cornwall's oldest towns and the gateway to the Mount itself. Its long sandy beach, reached by a tidal causeway to the island, is a favourite with walkers, families and kite surfers.

Marazion is situated in Mounts Bay and has a long sandy beach which is a great place for kite surfing.

St Michaels Mount is accessed via Marazion. At low tide it is possible to walk across the causeway but at high tide it is necessary to travel to the mount by ferry.
