What can be returned

Most eligible items can be returned if they are unused, in as-new condition, complete, and in the original packaging.

What cannot be returned

Some items cannot be accepted back, including tide tables. Product-specific restrictions may also apply.

Postage and faults

Eligible UK returns are free through our returns process. Original delivery charges are not normally refunded unless goods are faulty, cancelled under statutory rights, or we have made a mistake.
