Oak Wood Dust

This is Oak Dust – Grade 0/20 (less than 2mm) – perfect for cold smokers like the ProQ.  Also suitable for hot smoking ovens and stovetop smokers.

Oak wood is probably the best known wood and the most common wood used for smoking in the UK – best suited for red meat and game – please see our shop for lots of other flavours.

Chemical free and ground to a consistency that gently smoulders when ignited so a little bit goes a long way

Sampler – Contains enough wood chips for 4 smokes – approximately 40-45g

Supplied in a biodegradable resealable bag – approximate dimensions: 15cm x 10cm

100g – Contains a minimum of 100g of wood chips – suitable for approximately 16 smokes in a stove top smoker

Supplied in a biodegradable resealable bag – approximate dimensions: 22cm x 15cm

500g  –  Contains a minimum of 500g of wood chips – suitable for approximately 80 smokes in a stove top smoker

Supplied in a resealable bag – approximate dimensions: 29cm x 20cm

5 Litres  –  Contains 5 Litres by volume (when packed – some settling may occur) – approximately 1.5kg
